  • A valid staff pass must be presented upon redemption.
  • Advanced appointment booking is required. Walk-ins may be rejected during peak periods or when the outlet is at full capacity.
  • Promotional rates under the Power of Care Week campaign are strictly for the exclusive use of eligible staff members.
  • This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing offers, discounts, or packages.
  • The $30 service credit is redeemable only on regular-priced services. It is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash or products, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Each staff member is entitled to one (1) redemption only.
  • Redemption is not available during blackout periods: within two (2) weeks leading up to Christmas and Chinese New Year.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
